I’ll keep this short so you can take a few minutes and watch Gary Vanerchuk (Van-Ner-Chuk) of Winelibrary TV.  He’s a pioneer at working brand online, web video, social media and being really, really, really, really passionate about what he does. He’s incredible at acting on the idea of media convergence (something I see as critical to work in the online world effectively). He also gives it away.  In such, he gives out what he knows to be inspirational to others and to give people a kick in the…right place… to help them do the things they need to succeed. He does it because he believes and because he knows . What is said rings true for not only me but ot will for you too. Take a few minutes and have a listen. Oh, and as it is Gary V being himself, there is a bit of language that may not be “office suitable” but turn it up and click it…I mean Crush it!
