YouTube (not so) Secrets

For all you coders and backend hackers who like to mod players and do all kind of fun stuff with APIs there are tons of things you can mess with at YouTube. It’s not secret stuff but there just seems to be more and more new options popping up at YouTube. What piqued my interest was the pre-built widgets and the chromeless player option, although I don’t mind the built-in one either.

It seems that Google is starting to focus some of it’s brainpower over at YouTube and I’d say, from a video content creator standpoint that this is a good thing.

They probably explain it the best so here is their own in-house video explaining it all. I assume not too many people know about it as this video only had 4878 views when I scooped it up. Maybe this post will change that a bit.
